Will Kassoy
Chief Executive Officer
Will Kassoy is Chief Executive Officer of AdColony, and brings over 20 years of entertainment and brand management experience to his position. Prior to joining AdColony, Mr. Kassoy served over 13 years at Activision Blizzard in a variety of strategic and operational leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President, Strategic Growth, contributing to the company’s emerging platform strategy. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President, Global Brand Management, for Activision Publishing, leading Activision’s global marketing organization inclusive of brand management, media, research, marketing communications and business development, setting long-term product and go-to-market strategies for the biggest franchises in interactive entertainment, including Call of Duty, Guitar Hero, Marvel and Tony Hawk. Prior to joining Activision, Mr. Kassoy held roles at The Walt Disney Company (Disney Interactive, Disney Publishing), AIA (Paris, France based consulting firm in artificial intelligence and expert systems) and began his career at Capitol Records/EMI in Hollywood, CA.
Mr. Kassoy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics/Business from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Jonathan Zweig
Founder and President
Jonathan Zweig is Founder and President of AdColony, the leader in breakthrough mobile video advertising. With deep roots in mobile app development, Mr. Zweig has been featured in Forbes and the Wall Street Journal for his work at the company. Prior to Jirbo, Mr. Zweig designed and implemented medical software for massive patient data sets at UCLA Radiology.
Mr. Zweig holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Nikao Yang
Senior Vice President of Marketing and CRM
Nikao Yang is Senior Vice President of Marketing and CRM at AdColony, where he leads all aspects of global marketing, CRM and strategy. Additionally, he forms and manages relationships with key media partners to support business and corporate development goals. Prior to joining AdColony, Mr. Yang served in key marketing and strategy functions at Toyota Motor Sales, USA, playing a leading role in the launch of the first-ever Toyota Rewards Visa Card and acclaimed marketing initiatives for the Scion brand. Before joining Toyota, Mr. Yang served as an investment banker in the Media and Entertainment Industries Group for SG Cowen.
Mr. Yang holds an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.A. in Economics with Honors from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Tim Steudler
Senior Vice President of Sales & Publishing
Tim Steudler is SVP Sales & Publishing and is responsible for the global business strategy, publisher relations and media sales on behalf of AdColony. He has worked within the in-game advertising, integrated marketing and emerging platforms space, supporting top grossing videogame franchises and Fortune 500 brands for the last 11 years. Previously, Mr. Steudler managed corporate alliance opportunities on behalf of Activision Publishing where he was responsible for forging strategic relationships with consumer packaged goods companies including Coca-Cola, KFC, Puma, AT&T, HP, Sprint and McDonald’s for integrated marketing partnerships.
Mr. Steudler holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual & Media Arts with a minor in Marketing from Emerson College in Boston, MA.
Joel Fashingbauer
Senior Vice President of Production
Joel Fashingbauer is Senior Vice President of Production for AdColony, where he leads all aspects of production. With over 20 years of production experience, Mr. Fashingbauer has held production roles at many prominent companies, such as LeapFrog Toys, Electronic Arts, EA Mobile and Activision. He also founded two social-mobile game development companies in Los Angeles. Prior to joining AdColony, Mr. Fashingbauer founded and headed the Social Platforms team at Activision.
Mr. Fashingbauer holds a B.A. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Minnesota and a B.F.A. in Computer Arts and Animation from Academy of Art University in San Francisco.
Paulo Brandao
Vice President of Products
Paulo Brandao is Vice President of Products at AdColony and oversees new product development. Mr. Brandao has been directly involved in the design and production of the AdColony mobile video ad network as well as other mobile games and applications across multiple platforms. A hobby technologist, childhood PC-gamer, and developer, he has extensive knowledge of the web, mobile, advertising, social media and game development.
Mr. Brandao holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
