TUNE Ranks AdColony as #4 Top Mobile Advertising Partner

Yesterday, TUNE unveiled the Spring 2015 edition of their Top 25 Advertising Partners, a prestigious list for the trusted mobile app tracking provider that works with over 600 integrated partners. AdColony is pleased to share that we earned the #4 spot on the list, reasserting our place as a consistently highly rated mobile advertising platform.

While the 2014 iterations of the TUNE Top 25 list were based on three data-driven metrics, Peter Hamilton, CEO of TUNE noted that they felt their “methodology could be improved by incorporating client feedback,” and so the new spring 2015 edition of the TUNE Top 25 list is based on equally weighted scores derived from:

  • Revenue per install
  • Install volume
  • Client adoption
  • Client survey

The Growing Prominence of Video
In 2014, TUNE advised clients to “keep an eye on video ads,” and this advise still holds true, as TUNE notes that “video appears poised for further market gains,” as the channel “further solidifies itself as a reliable source for user acquisition, branding, and re-engagement.”

The Consistent Choice in Video
Of the TUNE advertising partners focused on video, AdColony ranked the highest in this report at #4, and is the only video-focused provider to consistently rank in the top 25 list with an average position within the Top 10. After all, while there were 10 providers that offer video in this list, only 3 made the cut last fall.
