Early last week, the AdColony EMEA team was in Israel for Casual Connect Tel Aviv 2015.
It was an eventful 3 days filled with meetings, good content, and even a tour of the Dead Sea!
We had a busy, but successful, few days at our tabletop. We got to catch up with some of our existing clients, including Wargaming, Playtika, Plarium, TabTale, and Murka.
In between those meetings, we also had the opportunity to meet with new & former clients, which is always a pleasure.
On the content side, our team attended a Miniclip session on the Industry Insights track about how their web game, Agar.io, became one of the most viral hits in the mobile community in 2015.
There, we heard the EVP of Mobile at Miniclip, Sergio Varanda, say that 80% of their revenue in 2012 came from web, whereas this year, 90% of their revenue so far has come from mobile. Exciting insights for those in the mobile industry!
The day after the conference, Paul West, our Head of Performance Advertising in EMEA, joined Supersonic on a trip to the Dead Sea.
It was a great opportunity to meet new people, and visit the lowest point on earth.
Overall, Casual Connect Tel Aviv 2015 was successful for us here at AdColony. We can’t wait to go back next year!
