Unlocking Mobile in the Desert: Highlights from MAU 2016

Posted May 13, 2016

A few members of the AdColony growth & performance advertising teams braved the Las Vegas heat last week to spend a couple of days at Grow.co’s Mobile Apps Unlocked at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.

The conference aims to help brands achieve real results with sessions focusing on mobile growth and retention.

We were ecstatic to be able to participate, and provide attendees with insights into the app install marketing landscape.

Our Chief Customer Officer, Bryan Buskas, held a breakout session around the top 10 app install marketing trends of the top 100 mobile app developers. He highlighted meaningful trends & data gathered from our most recent App Install Survey, which garnered a positive reaction from the crowd.

On top of delivering a stellar presentation, Bryan took some time out of his evening along with the rest of the team to represent AdColony at our table during the Meet & Greet hours on Day 1 of the conference.

Since the guys had been working so hard, it was time to have some fun! They ran into some partners, and decided to hit the slots. It is Las Vegas, after all! They declined comment when asked if their RoS (return on slots) was similar to the RoAS (return on ad spend) they typically deliver clients.

Mobile Apps Unlocked has been a great event, year after year. High level attendees, great content, and a fun venue every time. Looking forward to next year! Cheers!
