Revving up for the Holidays

From Thanksgiving to the big game in January, this is a bustling time for advertisers and a promising time for mobile app publishers. Indeed, holiday brand demand is already surging across the platform, and the busiest weeks of the year still lay ahead. To help maximize results for both brands and publishers, AdColony has exciting new updates to its Core™ engine and publisher SDK.

Core™ Engine Enhancements
To help mobile advertisers drive meaningful outcomes at scale, AdColony has recently released updates to its Core™ engine, the data-driven machine learning algorithm that optimizes countless Instant-Play™ video impressions every day. Since the update, advertisers are enjoying notably higher ad engagement, and publishers are seeing an uptick in eCPMs as a result.

Drag & Drop ATS Compliance
For mobile app publishers looking to update to an ATS compliant SDK, there are two options available. For a seamless, drag & drop update, the 2.6.3 SDK for iOS is now available. Mediation adapters and other plugins for this optional update will be available soon, as well.

Of course, the Aurora™ 3.0 SDK is still available on Github for publishers ready to upgrade to the next generation of mobile video. The Aurora™ SDK also features full ATS compliance.

As a reminder, Apple’s new ATS compliance requirements will be applicable for any app or app update submitted to the Apple App Store on or after January 1, 2017.
