Every year, industry leaders, visionaries, and innovators come together to explore trends and technology breakthroughs that are driving mobile at Mobile World Congress (MWC). Organized by the Global System for Mobile Communications (GSMA), a trade body that represents mobile network operators around the world, MWC is a four-day event that attracts more than 108,000 mobile professionals. This event will be hosted at the Fira Gran Via in Barcelona February 26th to March 1st, and be filled with opportunities to network and exchange ideas with industry leaders.
A cutting-edge product and technology exhibition, world-class thought-leadership conference with visionary keynotes and panel discussions, plus the official Global Mobile Awards are only a few highlights of Mobile World Congress.
The conference portion of this event includes over 320 speakers covering 8 core themes. Here’s what we’re looking forward to:
Keynote 4 – The Future of the Industry: Transatlantic Digital Policy and Regulation — Monday, Feb. 26th, 5:30-6:30pm (Hall 4, Auditorium 1)
Leading industry executives and key U.S. and EU telecoms policymakers will discuss digital policy and the effects of future policy decisions on the digital ecosystem.
Digital Transformation 2.0 for the Consumer — Tuesday, Feb. 27th, 11am-12pm (Hall 4, Auditorium 3)
Professionals from the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, ITV, Orange, Subway, and Vodafone will share how we can build a single point of engagement with consumers which is relevant, reactive, and reliable.
Future Networks and Content Optimization — Wednesday, Feb. 28th, 3-4pm (Hall 4, Auditorium 3)
Executives from Cisco, KT, Oath, Reliance Jio, and YouTube explain the importance of developing new business models that fully utilize innovations at multiple touchpoints to profitably deliver the next generation of immersive content and entertainment experiences.
AI Everywhere: Future of Work — Thursday, March 1st, 1:30-2:30pm (Hall 4, Auditorium 5)
Industry leaders from HP, Nokia, and Quantum Black will highlight the opportunities of working with machines for businesses and employees, as well as what a change to the workforce could look like.
