What exactly does an Account Manager, Publisher Growth do at AdColony? What’s an average day like for you?
The Publisher Growth team works closely with our top supply partners to increase impressions and revenue through analytical and strategic planning. On an average day, we spend time communicating with our publishers to make sure our strategic plans are moving in the right direction and working closely with data to make the appropriate adjustments that fits the needs of our partners.

Tell us a little about your experiences prior to joining AdColony & how they have prepared you for your role here.
Prior to joining AdColony, I worked at RhythmOne, a mobile and desktop ad network, within their business development department bringing on new publishers to serve direct and programmatic demand. Working within mobile advertising for 4 years prepared me to join the BD team with the knowledge and relationships to kick off running.

What made AdColony the right fit for you?
AdColony was the right fit for me on multiple levels. Being able to work for a mobile-gaming-focused ad network that many companies were always competing with, would open new doors in learning about the industry from the gaming side.

How do you keep growing & learning in what you do?
I continue to challenge myself in learning more about how we can share with our partners the possibilities of growing through data analytic resources.

What are your hobbies or activities that you look forward to doing on the weekends or after work?
One of my hobbies is that I love to cook. I have been doing Blue Apron for four years now and enjoy learning how to cook unique recipes. Also, I love spending time with friends and family by experiencing new restaurants or just relaxing.

Which app is keeping you engaged lately? Why?
I have been spending time on house decor apps such as Magnolia. I am a huge fan of the TV show ‘Fixer Upper’ and they’ve launched this new mobile application. I just enjoy seeing their support of local businesses and how they decorate homes.

What’s one thing not many people know about you that you’re willing to share?
I have shared a lot with those who work around me but I was diagnosed with stage four pancreatic cancer at age 20. Over the summer, my husband and I raised over $40,000.00 for Pancreatic Cancer research at City of Hope in Duarte, California with the help of those at AdColony. THANK YOU to everyone for your support!

Do you have a nickname at work? If so, is there a story behind it?
The LA side of the growth team called me ”Peking” because I love to eat duck and they’ve witness my ability to finish a whole peking duck in one sitting.

What is your favorite moment you’ve had with the AdColony team so far?
One of my favorite moments with my team at AdColony was going to Seattle and going to the Space Needle.
