The ad tech scene has seen more and more women assume leadership roles over the years but they still often remain in the background. At AdColony, we recognize the hard work and accomplishments of our female employees as they pave the way for more inclusivity in the industry. In AdColony’s growing global workforce of women, 35% are in management/leadership roles. This year some of our women leaders were given awards by industry organizations and we’re proud to spotlight them and share their achievements.

At AdColony, Priyanka is known for her strong personality, complemented by her equally strong business acumen. A clear communicator with her clients and her team, Priyanka demonstrates strong leadership capabilities that has created a positive team dynamic. Priyanka is responsible for overseeing business development and growth in the region.. To bridge the knowledge gap between sales, performance and product development, Priyanka works with cross-functional teams such as ad operations, product, publisher lead, marketing and strategy to build an all-round understanding about mobile’s ad effectiveness to develop tailored solutions for AdColony’s clients.
Priyanka has added multiple new clients to the brand portfolio in the last five years growing the company’s billings by 20% year on year. Her role expands beyond sales and revenue making AdColony the highest award winning mobile platform across APAC.
As one of her colleagues describes her, “Hands down, Priyanka is one of the most inspiring leaders to work with. She displays a real compassion for people, whilst also pushing them to do their absolute best. It is a real pleasure working with a whip-smart, unapologetic, and powerful woman who will do what it takes to over deliver at all times. The Southeast Asia team has consistently been performing at tip-top shape at all times, despite the many many challenges thrown their way. Make no mistake, when all is said and done, the last man standing is a woman. And that woman is Priyanka.”
Outside of her immediate role, Priyanka is a member of the IAB SEA+India Programmatic Committee where she’s an outspoken advocate of transparency in the mobile ecosystem. Her many impressive accomplishments landed her a spot on the Campaign’s Women to Watch 2020, which recognized outstanding women across marketing, media, technology and communications in Asia-Pacific. She was also shortlisted for The Wires APAC Ad Tech Rising Star.

Chief Human Resources Officer
Throughout Tabitha’s tenure at AdColony, the company’s culture has improved immensely. Due to her commitment to Employee Relations, Tab has been able to build a “super healthy team culture” both internally and externally with other departments, where employee retention is at an all-time high.
When Tabitha became the Head of HR, she became an integral part of the executive team. Under her leadership, HR is thriving as a healthy function at AdColony due to open communication, respect, trust, and compassion. Tabitha’s dedication and hard work resulted in her promotion to Chief Human Resources Officer this year. Tab is always asking for feedback and opinions; “nothing is ever forced”. As a result of the changes she has led, employees can now take advantage of certain benefits, like unlimited vacation, that previously resulted in adverse repercussions.
Leading by example, Tabitha can be found handpicking individuals for high-level projects to learn and develop their careers. Tab also always knows the best policies with terminations, how AdColony can make exceptions that are fair, and just how to address almost every type of issue so all employees and candidates are being treated fairly and consistently. Her fans unanimously state that she is, “consistently 3 steps ahead!” Tab tells all of her employees, “I know you’re not going to be here at our company forever, but I want to set you up to have all sorts of skill sets that will help you immensely in future roles.”
