We’re happy to share that the previously announced acquisition deal between Opera and AdColony has officially closed!
The completion of the acquisition was announced this afternoon via press release, and both teams are excited for the next steps to strengthen our respective offerings for publishers and advertisers to continue to provide the best-in-class mobile advertising products in the world.
